Our collections

Janes is a line of timeless, well-made, classic-with-a-twist clothes, developed for comfort, quality and durability. Our collections – two per year – are developed and produced in limited quantities in workshops that we have carefully selected for the quality of their work.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If your favorite product is out of stock, do not hesitate to contact us to know if a restocking is in progress or if we plan to make one. If so, we will give you the estimated delivery date.

DELIVERIES

When will I receive my order?

Deliveries take between 2 and 12 working days depending on the country of delivery. After shipping your package, we will send you a tracking number to locate your package and know the estimated delivery date. If you encounter a problem with the tracking, do not hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to help you.

What are the shipping fees ?

You will find below our shipping costs for the EU countries:

  • France & Belgium : 8 €
  • Other EU countries: 15 €

At the moment, we do not deliver outside of the European Union countries.

Returns made from France and Belgium are free.

Is it possible to cancel of modify my order ?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the changes before shipping the package. If the package has already been shipped, your order can not be modified or canceled and you will have to follow the normal return procedure.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How to make a return or exchange from France?

Returns made from France and Belgium are free. To return an article just write us at hello@janes-paris.com indicating the reason for the return. We will send you a prepaid shipping label.

How to make a return or exchange from another EU country?

Send us an email at hello@janes-paris.com to inform us of your return and to know where to return the package

When will I be refunded?

You will receive an email to inform you that the refund has been made. Please allow about 10 working days after receiving your package to allow us to process your return.

PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal. Your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are fully processed by the secure payment module of our partner STRIPE or by PayPal. Your payment is totally secure.
